1. Emails won't open to be able to read. They are blank and maybe a few minutes to hours later they will open up and be able to be read. 2. when sending it says couldn't send because timed out then next try it sends but does not show up in the sent file. Also, things do not show up in the delete file. It is very slow to open and log in to whatever the process it goes through as it say "logging in......." This started on Saturday 8/22/26. Please help. I use Firefox to watch several of my live news programs on their web sites. Recently I am finding that the volume control does not allow access to actual control (it is on or off choices) without going to full screen. And tried a couple on edge. What is going on? Is this a choice of the providers to not allow control? A recent change in YOUR end? Mozilla VPN no longer works on my Windows 10 PC. The program runs and the little desktop window appears. However, when I click Mozilla VPN on, it clicks off immediately. Ideas?

Longtime Firefox user, Lenovo desktop, Windows 10 user, have Firefox version 154. Can log into my microsoft M365 account, but whan I click on "Search", my files do not appear. Box appears saying "No Recent Items" in place of my list of files.

Android Severe page loading issues on Google, X, Facebook, and Cloudflare verification sites (Last 3 days)

Dear Firefox Engineering and Support Team,I am writing to report a critical browsing issue that started occurring about 3 days ago. This issue severely impacts page loading on major platforms and makes browsing nearly impossible.

1. My Device Environment:OS: Android 12Affected Versions: Firefox Beta (Primary), Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Stable (All are updated to the latest versions).

2. Detailed Description of the Issues:Google.com: When searching for keywords, the browser frequently encounters a "Page failed to load" / "Unable to connect" error. If the search page manages to load, switching to the "Images" tab instantly triggers the page load error again.

Social Media: The exact same page loading failure happens frequently when trying to access x.com (Twitter) and facebook.com.

Cloudflare Captcha Verification: On websites requiring Cloudflare verification via Google search clicks, the browser immediately crashes or kicks me out of the page right after clicking. I have to attempt accessing the link repeatedly (several times) to finally get through.

Desktop Mode Trigger: On all tested Firefox versions, forcing the view from "Mobile mode" to "Desktop mode" immediately and consistently triggers the page loading error. 3. Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken (with NO success):

Cleared all browser cookies and cache.

Completely uninstalled and re-installed all Firefox versions (Stable, Beta, Nightly).

Removed all extensions and tested on a completely fresh, vanilla installation with zero add-ons installed, but the bugs still persist.

Since this issue happens across all Firefox release channels (Stable/Beta/Nightly) even on fresh installations, I suspect it might be related to network stack rendering, user-agent handling, or an incompatibility introduced in a very recent upstream update affecting Android 12.

I would highly appreciate your investigation and guidance on how to resolve this.

I believe with Update 154,0 my thunderbird has been freezing up. I can't see, to compress files or select some folders. After a few minutes everything freezes up. 21 AUGUST 2026

I just got the OnePlus 15 and it has an awesome feature called file dock. My Firefox web browser, I love it but for some reason it's not compatible with the file doc program pre-installed with my phone, can you help?

I want to create a wireguard file that I can load onto my router to permit me to use mozilla vpn on my router as i will be using it on static devices eg TV which I want to connect through the router. I understand this can be done but the syntax offered does not seem to work on my PC running win 11.

Using your browser for first time today using two popular websites that are used daily (theglobeandmail.com and theweathernetwork.com) that Malwarebytes deemed these unsafe quoting 192.178.192.132.443 - they are now blocked and don't understand why these websites would have any problems. Not 100% sure if the topic is the right one, but here we go - I use a Macbook with Firefox 153.0.3, UK Keyboard (QWERTY) It's about the command + ` (the key in the left upper corner below the esc key, I made the ` bold so it's easier to see)

Sometimes, but only sometimes, the keyboard shortcut command + ` to cycle through open windows in Firefox does not work.

For example, I have two windows open (W1 and W2). If I'm in W1 I can use the command and it will cycle to W2. But using the same shortcut, I can't navigate back to W1. But if I use command+ SHIFT+ ` it works. This changes from day to day, sometimes it's command +` and sometimes it's command+ shift+`

This only affects Firefox, in all other programmes, the shortcut works as it should Can't find rhyme or reason- does anyone have an idea?

Hello Mozilla VPN Support,

I recently purchased Mozilla VPN and installed it on my system using the Flatpak version.

My operating system is **Linux Mint 22.2**.

The problem is that the VPN connects successfully to any server, but after a short time it disconnects automatically. This happens with every server I try.

Interestingly, if I use the Mozilla VPN browser extension, it works correctly and stays connected. However, the browser extension does not provide access to all the countries that are available in the full VPN application.

Could you please help me determine why the Flatpak application keeps disconnecting and whether this is a known issue with Linux Mint 22.2 or the Flatpak version?

If you need any logs or additional information, I would be happy to provide them.

Using the Mozilla VPN, I select a location in the USA. After a few hours, my public IP address / location will be different than what I selected in the VPN app; for example, I select "San Francisco, CA" in the VPN, and a few hours later my email sign-in location (or using mylocation.org) is somewhere in India - that's not even in the list of locations we can select for the VPN. Is my VPN being hacked? I'm using Windows 11 with the latest update and the built-in Windows Security. On my android phone, the VPN location shows as 'Starkville, TN', which is also not on the VPN location select list.

I would like to speed up my Fire Fox and update my Fire Fox to the latest version for my computer. I would also like to stop the errors and slow downs and the message telling me that the internet is telling me that the site is not working or slowing down my internet and i should close my internet.

I have several issues. 1. YouTube keeps buffering and freezing. And when I use the "YouTube No buffer (No Autoplay)" extension that's supposed to fix it, it makes it even WORSE, and even pauses the video when I tap the screen ANYWHERE.

2. I can't access the AT&T website to manage my phone plan like I always could on Brave Browserbor Google Chrome. It literally will not load at all. I get an IMMEDIATE error message!

3. Sometimes, refreshing a page gives me error messages.

4. Not really bugs, but nuisances to me. I hate that you have to click a quit button in the menu to fully quit Firefox and delete browsing data. I hate that when you bookmark something in desktop view, it doesn't automatically go back to desktop biew when mobile view is enable in site settings, and reverse issue with desktop view enabled but you bookmark something in mobile view. I hate the overall worse experience I get with Firefox not loading pages quickly at all.
