Why are you NOT clearing browsing data. I click on clear browsing data. Temp Cached files goes to zero. When I open a new browser that data still remains. I insist that you clear data for real not just for show!

Hi, After the latest update, I experienced unusual Firefox behavior. When I turn off PC Firefox signs me out from all sites and when I open them it also requires me to accept cookies again (on any site, even when I visited it in the previous session). I thought that the update accidentally turned on the option to delete cookies after closing Firefox, but I still have this option unchecked in settings. I can also still se all my previous cookies in settings. Passwords are also still saved in Firefox password manager. The PC is new (3 months) so I don't expect it to have memory problems.
Should I go back to the older version of Firefox? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
