forwarding messages, when I forward a message, it sends a large strand of history. Can this be stopped?

When I forward messages, I get a long strand of information in it. examples of some of the info is. the X-account-key, X-UIDL, X-Mozilla-Status, message-ED,User-Agent, MIME-Version.... It is a lot more than that, but that is some of the headers that are listed. Is there anyway to have that info not displayed anytime a message is forwarded. I am sure all of that info was included before, it was just not visible. HELP!!!
