The getusermedia() API is now enabled by default. The video stream works perfectly. However, when I attempt to screen capture the video stream on to a HTML5 canvas, it doesn't do it.

I have tested this using Google Chrome and Opera 12 browsers and they work perfectly.

HI there,

I am Aaron from the Mozilla Mobile QA team. I have tried out your demo on Firefox for Android (Nightly) version 26.0 and the demo worked out for me. I was able to capture and see the snapshots captured to your canvas elements.

I also tried the same demo on Firefox Beta (version 24.0) on Google Play and saw your reported results.

It looks like the issue is fixed on newer branches. As for the specifics of issue on the 24-branch and reasoning, it's best to ask a developer in #developers on irc.mozilla.org on IRC.
