How come Foxtab is not working for me? I downloaded it, but there is no Foxtab when I open a new tab.

I used to have Foxtab. I had trouble with Firefox, and switched to IE for a while. Now, I'm back with Firefox, and have downloaded Foxtab, and it tells me everything was done right, yet when I open a new tab, there's no Foxtab. When I right click pages, I'm given the "add to top sites" option, but for some reason, there's no Foxtab. Any ideas. Do I have some of my settings wrong, or what?

Who is that? I am asking questions here because when I go to either Foxtab, Firefox, this is the only support option I can find. Who do I contact?
