Firefox 18.0.1 was incompletely downloaded as a result of the virus, spyware, and adware situations. Not able to save FF 18 installation file to a specific location. Not present in Downloads subdirectory or folder in Windows 7 Windows Explorer. As a result, I am not able to detect the presence of this incomplete file. When opening Firefox 14.0.1, this partial Firefox 18.0.1 file attempts to update the Firefox 14.0.1 program, but is not successful, and error message comes on the screen. At the present time, it is not feasible to update to Firefox 18, because of the incompatibility with Zone Alarm Extreme Security Suite and Zone Alarm ForceField. Would appreciate finding out how to locate the incomplete Firefox 18 installation program, and then delete it from the hard disk.

Separately, not able to save files at end of a file downloading process, and not able to print pages from the internet, such as driving maps.

Zonealarm should now be compatible with Firefox 18 (and regardless, running an out of date firefox version is more insecure than not using Zonealarms extensions).

Download Firefox 18 from www.getfirefox.com, install it (don't uninstall your old version of Firefox) then update zonealarm.
