I can't use any command keys. I have deleted and re installed it. I ran all the security programs & it's still won't work. I'm using Google & it works fine

My computer kept freezing up so I downloaded the latest version. This is when the problem started. Absolutely nothing works. Every time I try to go to any site with the cursor it won't do anything. Same thing happens when I try to type anything into the address bar. I started using Google Chrome and it works fine. I don't like Google Chrome because I use the Yahoo toolbar a lot and not familiar with it Google.

Hi, there. Try to run Firefox in safe mode if you haven't already.

  • Firefox -> Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
