I have been trying to register with firefox add on's, but it tells me that I am already registered, even though whenever I try to sign in, I get an incorrect username/password. I requested a password reset link to my email but it still won't work, HELP :(

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I can't find Offline Storage (Cache) in my Tools , nor Cookies: "Show Cookies" in my Privacy.

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
