Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded

Firefox 10.0.2 works for administrator but not for user. The user gets at start of Firefox: "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible" Firefox do not load more. Crash report. Administrator gets question on import settings and data, but for the user firefox do not get so far. It crashes after the OK to "profile cannot be loaded". Full uninstall is of no use. Running on windows xp sp3

The problem is not administrator or user. It has to do with redirection of the windows profile.

We redirect the windows profile to H:\Profil When firefox crashes, which it does for those who have this redirection, the folder H:\Profil\Application data\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports are created. But there is no H:\Profil\Application data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles or H:\Profil\Application data\Mozilla\Firefox\profile.ini
