I have change config with to get firefox in french it was working until today. When i opened this morning it was in english. i have tried to change this with config with general.useragent.local and change with fr. I have closed firefox, restart again and it is again in english !

That means that you currently have an English locale installed and you either need to install a French language pack or the French Firefox version.
