Before the last update, there were 3 buttons at top right for "Minimize, Maximize/Restore Down, Close". These were very convenient in location and function. Now none of them appear, and it is very irritating to need to go somewhere ELSE FIRST to change from full to reduced size, or to close. Do you people make changes just so you have something to do? If so, you need real jobs!

If you click the Maximize button on the Navigation Toolbar while in full screen then you leave full screen. There is also an entry in the toolbar context menu to exit full screen.
