Mozilla Firefox will not recognize my CAC certificates. I am using ActivClient Agent to read my card and it shows all of my certificates but when I get into Firefox I cannot log in with my CAC to any of the sites. I don't have this problem with IE.

Have you "taught" Firefox how to use the CAC? Look at http://militarycac.com/firefox.htm for instructions.

I tried this out and got an error message that said unable to load module. Logged on as administrator and had a CAC in the computer that was registering in ActivClient.

Unfortunuately, it does not always work. This is the problem I used to have. I am not sure what actually ended up fixing the problem. It may have been a reinstall of ActivClient, or of the computers' operating system.

I used to, and will continue to recommend for CAC use, to use Internet Explorer. At least you don't have to teach it how to use it like Firefox.
