When logon to HBO GO the screen fades and I can't enter anything

I go to HBO GO and logon via Directv and I created a HBOGO log ID. When I go back and logon (via diretv) the screen fades (not as bright) however I can't select anything for viewing. You have to have a subscription to HBO before you can use this site. I have mine through DirecTV

Still happening with Firefox 5 on Windows 7 x64. We have Dish Network with an HBO subscription. Works fine in Internet Explorer 9 in a pinch.

Same problem with me, I can't logon with Firefox but I can with Chrome.
