i am downgrading back to FF3.6 from FF 4.0, I know there are several folders i need to delete in the "Profile Folder" after uninstalling FF 4.0, can some one please tell me the names of these folders

It is not essential that anything is deleted, but I recommend deleting extensions.cache, extensions.ini and extensions.rdf - Deleting those files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions and this is useful in case there were any extensions updated when you had Firefox 4 installed.

I also recommend deleting localstore.rdf, that file stores details of toolbar customizations, deleting it will reset the toolbars to the Firefox 3.6 defaults, removing the changes made by Firefox 4.
