Why F6 doesn't select Address box anymore?

Ok upgraded to FF4... I tend to use my keyboard shortcuts A LOT, but now I find that F6 doesn't select the address box instead it toggles between the page window and the tab area. What's the deal?

There is a bug report concerning this, it does not work when tabs are on top.

You can use keyboard shortcut Control+L to go to the address bar.

If Tabs on Top is selected then F6 sets focus to the tab bar (first focusable element).

You can press F6 and press the Tab key to set focus to the location bar.
You may need to press the Tab key several times if there are other elements that can have focus.
