I work for a software company, and we allow our customers to download the software from our website. After logging in, they have access to download all our files in the form of an EXE. If our client is using Firefox, the file will be downloaded without an extension, so "File" instead of "File.exe". This issue does not occur on our clients who use Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Opera. Has anyone heard of anything like this before? I can provide more details if need be.

Do the file names have any blank spaces?

As in - program installer.exe

If so, does that happen if it doesn't have a space?

Like this - program_installer.exe

Thanks for the quick reply, it does have a space. I will request that they change it and see if it fixes it, thanks!
