Running Windows XP Home Edition on a Pentium III with 512MB RAM. Downloaded the new 3.6.8 installation files. Only options were Save and Cancel. Saved files, then tried to execute Firefox Setup 3.6.8.exe. Error message is "Firefox Setup 3.6.8.exe is not a valid Win32 application."

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
