Hi, I don't see any reports from some quick searches — could you confirm this is a service running on https://mail4.hostinguk.net/ or similar host, and the mail client is SmarterMail that looks like this? https://help.smartertools.com/SmarterMail/Current/Topics/General/Interface When you mention "can't enter text", do you mean you can't input your login details and can't sign in, or that once in no elements respond to text input, like search, recipients etc. — or you can enter new mail, enter subject etc. just the body can't be written into? Thanks.
