Mozilla does not provide direct one on one support by phone, chat or email for their free to use Firefox web browsers for desktop Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile versions for Android and iOS/iPadOS. None of the web browsers have direct one on one support, though some may for Enterprise users who pay for it. Mozilla does have direct ticket support here for their subscription based products which are Mozilla VPN, MDN Plus and Plus/Premium versions of Mozilla Monitor, Firefox Really, Pocket because the users paid for this as part of the subscription.
