Audio and video are not play in latest browser version 112 in offline case

My website is on pwa related we can download audio and video and in offline we can play that video. we are able to play video and audios upto all version till 111. But firefox version 112 not able to play audios and videos in offline case the error is blob url not giving a response . it shows like this Exception...
