Hello, I created the backup for my Google Gmail and then I downloaded the files into Zip format. At that time I did not pay attention much of downloading it in either Mbox format. I just downloaded it. Now when I am uploading the backup to new Gmail through thunderbird so it says that it only accepts file in Mbox format. Now I tried a lot to convert json format to mbox but I couldn't (none of the online converter worked) Now can anyone tell me how do I convert it into mbox and get my old emails inbox back. Thank you

JSON is for settings, not mail. The mbox file(s) from Google Takeout will do.
