Adding contacts from Address book
Since the last update I can no longer copy and paste contacts from the address book to an email. Before the last update I could select all and paste in the address line. I cannot deselect names from the address book and that shows as errors in the email.

I've never used copy-and-paste for addresses, so can't advise on that. However, you might try this approach: - in compose window, click F9 and the address book will appear in a column on the left. Just tick the addresses you want and then click the 'add' button.
