I paid for and downloaded Mozilla VPN but it has never worked well for me. The problem I have now is that all of the directions to disable the VPN start with open Mozilla VPN. I can't figure out how to open it. I uninstalled the app yesterday but still can't connect to my internet today. I've read several posts and articles and most start with open Mozilla VPN and I can't do that. I have searched my computer for it and it doesn't exist anymore. However, I can't connect to the internet so I can't download it again. Please help!
