I'm looking for a way to view a wi-fi troubleshooting page while offline. What options do I have? I've tried "Work Offline" but that doesn't seem to do anything, so if you have any manual for that option or a different one please let me know.

File > Work OffLine is a setting that disconnects the browser from the outside world. Check out Save Page As

Ah, I see! But isn't it also supposed to allow me to access the cache'd versions of websites? Because that's something I'd really like to figure out.

You can possibly save a full screen screenshot of that page or print the page to PDF to be able to view the page when you are offline.
