No longer able to login to Navy Federal Credit Union

After many, many years of successfully logging into Navy Federal Credit Union through Mozilla Firefox, I am now getting this error message: "You don't have permission to access "http://signon.navyfederal.org/siteminderagent/forms/nfcu.fcc" on this server. Reference #18.960f2417.1622065227.cd59620"

When I contacted Navy Federal's internet customer service, they informed me that this happens from time to time, but usually Firefox fixes the issue. But it hasn't been fixed for too many months now and I would like to know why please? It is very frustrating having to open Microsoft Edge in order to access my accounts.

Also, why can't I find how to contact Firefox directly, as they are the ones who need to fix this.

Thank you.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.
