But it is greyed out in the security options.

Anyone know the config setting to turn this off?

You currently have disabled the Password Manager, so you need to place a checkmark on "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" to be able to use this feature. When you keep this disabled then you can only use the Password Manager to fill a name and password.
