Is there similar for opening .doc or .docx files in browser without downloading. ? You have to download them then search and delete if you do not want them

I recomend searching the add-ons library for one that may help. I had a look and found https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/google-docs-viewer/?src=search. I have not tried it, so cannot confirm if it will meet your needs.
