in the mail i have a connversation with 4 people and got 12 e-mails.
example: 1-1-2-4-3-4-2-1-2-3-4-3 it has a better overview if it looks like: 1-2-4-3

By 'adding' do you mean threading? Does setting View/Sort by to Threaded help?
By 'adding' I mean merging
Try View/Sort by From, then View/Sort by Grouped by Sort. Collapse or expand all threads under View/Threads.
