can't save screenshots in My Tools
Sorry to re-post this, but I had trouble getting back to my original Q and the A someone posted.
I do know how to download my shots, but I still want to be able to save them to "My Shots." Currently, when I click the Save button and then check "My Shots," I get the following message: "Looking for your shots" along with a picture of a blue cartoon character holding a magnifying glass. In the past, I had the option to download AND save shots to "My Shots."

I think that My Shots relies on cookies, so make sure that you are allowing cookies and aren't blocking them.

It's working! i think I needed to clear my cache. In any case, thanks to all who weighed in!
