Receiving emails from a safe sender - but one email from this sender is stuck - something must have happening whilst i was trying to delete is and since then it wont delete. Tried moving it - but it wont move either and when Thunderbird asks me to compact - it cant. Used to compact okay but since this one email stuck, it cant compact and the file is growing by the day. Receive emails since from the same sending and they are deleting/moving okay. Can anyone suggest a way of deleting this email please.
