how to relocate an address book
How can I move a Thunderbird address book into another address book? I've tried dragging an address book and dropping it on another address book but it didn't work!
For example, I have the following address books:
1) Educational Institutions 2) Primary schools 3) Secondary schools
I want to put both 2) and 3) under address book 1).
Is this possible?

No. They are not folders. They are .mab files. Each address book is a separate address book.
Each Address book can have 'Mailing lists'. Mailing lists look like sub-folders to the selected address book. All the contacts/email addresses will be in the selected address book, but you can select them to go into one or more mailing lists for sorting. Mailing lists being used to send one email to a group.
'All Address Books' is not a real address book. It is a virtual one, like a search result which displays every contact from all of your address books in one long list.
