I can't delete the "Outlook Express Import" folder from Local Folders. Error message: a file with this name already exists.

I switched from Outlook Express to Tbird and imported OE files. I then moved the subfolders out of the OE Import Folder to other local folders. I then tried to delete the OE Import Folder. It won't delete. Error message: a file with this name already exists.

Perhaps you need to delete the folder from your trash, so the new one can be placed there. Holding Shelf bypasses the trash folder when deleting, but is completely irrecoverable if you make a mistake.
