I have lost All mail box & deleted mails are not now held in deleted box, can this be fixed please

My All mail box does not appear on my Thunderbird anymore & I cannot retrieve it, also any email I delete disappears completely and is not shown in my deleted box.

Sounds like you need to subscribe to see the imap 'All Mail' folder and the imap 'Deleted' folder (which might be called 'Bin' if gmail).

Also check settings: Right click on imap mail account and select : 'Settings' select 'Server Settings' for imap mail account When I delete a message: select: 'Move it to this folder' and select eg: Bin on imap mail account name. click on OK.
