I have lost my inbox display and cannot find way to restore.

The inbox disappeared while I was deleting old emails in inbox. I received message saying exe had moved or been altered and since then I have been unable to restore inbox and messages.

Hi Christ1, Nothing is showing up on the left hand side of my screen. I can write, send and I can access my address book but cannot view any incoming or outgoing mail past or current. Screen shot attached. Tony

Start Thunderbird in safe mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird Uninstall Lightning via the Add-Ons Manager. Restart Thunderbird. Re-install Lightning in case it's needed.

I did everything you suggested but still cannot access inbox/sent/draft box etc i.e. nothing showing on left. Please fix or I will be moving to another server.

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the Copy text to clipboard button and paste the information into your reply.
