Hi Buzzzito.

Sorry for so delayed response. Have you tried to start Thunderbird in [safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird]? If it does not help, pleas open Windows task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and try start Thunderbird again. You should see thunderbird.exe in the list of running processes.
