There is a version of Firefox for iOS, but it's very different from Firefox for desktop and Android. If your wife wants to give it a try, it is available in the iOS app store.

Bear in mind that, due to restrictions on what Apple allows on iOS, it's Safari under the hood with various Firefox features layered on top. It's still in progress and there's a special feedback site to help prioritize features in its development.
