I am considering buying an Android phone and wipe Android with FirefoxOS using

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/os/devices/

Will installing FirefoxOS change the frequency setting? I.e., suppose I get a Nexus 5 (or another phone) that works on Verizon (or another network). I install firefox OS - wiping out Android. Will the phone still just work on Verizon? Or do I need to fiddle more?

I am not a geek (advanced user) - just like things to work with little hassle.
