is there no way to disable the location bar from searching through my bookmarks. on my desktop the setting is under privacy, but it isn't there on the android.

Hi

I do not believe there is a way to easily remove the address bar from Firefox for Android.

To do so would involve rebuilding the app and may render some functionality (such as the ability to navigate to a web page) inoperable.
