Can flash recovery on device and do not recognize internal memory data or internal sd card

I can't flash recovery, the device is rooted, but when i try flash the recovery the terminal say

"target reported max download size of 1073741824 bytes sending 'recovery' (9094kb)..."

I can't view the data in internal memory with apps or preferences app.

Do you need more space on the extsdcard? It could also be that you are trying to flash a build onto a device that does not have that much storage.
