When opening new link it opens in new tab, just want it to open in same tab.
Whenever I open a link from like google search it opens it in a new tab, i want it to open in the tab that I'm searching from. I never had this problem before but i just replaced the hard drive and had to redownload everything and since then it has done this. Please help!

Did you check the Google settings page?
For the Google website you can set preferences on the Google results page via the gear icon in the top right corner, click that button to open the menu list and select Search settings.
Let's start with the most common reason for this, which is a Google setting:
Could you check the "Where results open" section of this page:
https://www.google.com/preferences
Make sure that box to open results in a new window is not checked.
If that's not it, do you use Tab Mix Plus or any other extensions that might affect links opening in tabs?
