I am unable to get Firefox to connect to Facebook. It either resets to a new tab or gives an error message saying "Secure Connection Failed" and it goes on to say that authenticity of site can't be verified. None of the troubleshooting things have worked at all, I've tried them all. Please help. Facebook will not load on other browsers, either.

You can retrieve the certificate and check details like who issued certificates and expiration dates of certificates.

  • Click the link at the bottom of the error page: "I Understand the Risks"
  • Let Firefox retrieve the certificate: "Add Exception" -> "Get Certificate"
  • Click the "View" button and inspect the certificate and check who is the issuer.
