The Metro version was stopped after that article you linked.

The Beta is not a code for a version but a channel which currently has 38.0b5 on it.

Short answer there is such Firefox Release.
There may be a old version of Firefox that still had Metro at time but it would not be recommended to use just for this (which was a work in progress) as it is behind on a year of security fixes since now.
