Says to close instance. Which it is not running thru task manager. Another popup says profile missing. Downloaded lastest firefox after uninstalling what i had. windows 7 running 64 bit any ideas? thx joey

Try restarting your computer than installing Firefox.

Also, why did you uninstall Firefox? If you were having a problem with firefox uninstall and reinstall rarely helps.
