I am not a Firefox OS user, but I'd like to be. The main holdup for me is that the worry that the other major privacy based mobile software I use is not transferrable to a Firefox phone. Can you verify that apps like the above will work on a Firefox OS? Or if not, will they in the future?

Unfortunately, it appears that some of these services have not yet made an application that is compatible with Firefox OS. This only depends on the developers and creators of these services.

Firefox OS runs applications that are based on HTML5 standards. As long as they offer an HTML5 client, or an HTML5-accessible webpage, like DuckDuckGo and SpiderOak appear to have, then it will technically run on Firefox OS.

In the meantime, you may write directly to those services and developers requesting that they make a version that is compatible with the Open Web.
