Video calling with Firefox & waterfox is not working - help me with indipensable technical support!
Hi! Hope you are doing well. I need your help, I am an user experience trainee performing usability tests and cross browser compatibility tests on a website. The problem is about video calling using firefox browser, while it was working properly with chrome.

Are you using inbuild firefox video calling or third party like facebook, Google Hangout?
Waterfox is a 3rd party build, it isn't made by Mozilla.
Does that work when using an official 32-bit Firefox build? http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
I tested the VIDEO CALLING COMPATIBILITY, and observed the following: Hardware(Cam & Mic) use permission dialog appears, if i click on "Allow" Cam LED glows, but not sure whether Cam works. Screen is blacked out, no video transit. No audio transit.
Yet, at typical conditions as i checked locally, both Cam & Mic works. Also, works pretty well in google chrome browser.
