I somehow have two mozilla account. Or one with two emails. Can't even tell which is the case.

When I look at accounts.firefox, I see a gmail one as primary and a sonic one as secondary.

I also use a password manager which I can't access from pages accepting changes, so I keep having to create stupid passwords that aren't really secure. but I save them.

When I try to create a recovery key using my primry email, the password I created is not accepted.

So completely frozen. Would like to set up a ticket and get help as I have previously via email but I don't know how I managed to do that either. Don't know what to do. Can someone direct me to a live human way to get help?

I got a new desktop computer and can't access firefox. My existing account is still under my old email ([edited] @q.com) and has been decommisioned. My new email is [edited] @myctl.net. I cannot sign in because I forgot my password for q.com which no longer exists, so I can't receive an email to change password. I am at a loss how to fix this... Can you help me please.
