Have purchased this product, working on my devices, problem is with my wife's. instructed to use my log in on her device's which I did and used password, then her iOS asked her to sign in with her apple password, that's when the wheels fall off.

I HAD MY SCREEN SET UP SO THAT I COULD COPE WITH MY VISUAL DISABILITY AND NOW I CAN'T USE IT. YOU HAVE SCREWED IT ALL UP AND I HAVE SPENT HOURS USING AI TRYING TO PUT IT BACK. Details: I can't have left column bar; I need all my tools on the top bar like they used to be. You made the address bar so huge, I can't move things back on the top bar. You are using tiny symbols on the left bar that I can't even see to tell what they are; I need it in words, not tiny symbols. You took away the choices under the Google Search box so you can't choose to use AI or not. There's probably more, but that's all can think of at the moment. I'm so upset that my blood pressure is skyrocketing and I'll probably have a stroke. This is the second time since I've been a user that you have forced major changes on the users, whether they wanted them or not. I eventually got a usable screen after the prior changes, but it took me time I can't spare, and it was never perfect. Now what you're doing is even worse. Give us a way to go back to the old version so it doesn't destroy our lives like this is doing to mine. I will sue and move to a different browser if I have to.

i have a question for the muzilla VPN . until when is it going to be free ? this is really a great option for us and i love it . very useful . but i scare from that needs us to pay money from a specific time . is there and news about this ?

I have changed email providers from Big Pond to Gmail. Unfortunately, I did not change it over prior to that happening. Now I cannot login to my Firefox. I just updated to v.157.0 (Win 11) and added the proton extension to return the theme to grey. However, no changes I have made will return the container tab menu colors to be vivid as they were prior to this update. Because of the number of containers I have, I am using all of the icons more than once and the colors are now very dark. I don't need to change the colors of any aspect beyond the containers' menu, however, I did attempt choosing custom colors under accessibility with no results to the container hues. The colors of the tabs themselves continue to be bright. It's choosing from the drop down menu and in the 'manage containers' screen that I am trying to adjust.

Of all the services I've tried, Mozilla VPN is the only one that has consistently provided the reliable connection I need to teach my students without frequent disconnections.

My work involves interactive online classes, streaming educational materials, and sharing learning resources, so I estimate that I need approximately 150 GB of bandwidth per month.

Unfortunately, my monthly income is only around $100, and $3 per month is the absolute maximum I can currently afford for a VPN subscription without compromising my basic living expenses.

I genuinely value Mozilla's commitment to privacy and an open internet. I'm willing to upgrade to a regular subscription and pay the standard price as soon as my financial situation improves. I no longer want or need Mozilla VPN. When I go to my account and try to manage it, I get a broken link. I have captured the images and will attach them. Please help. Very frustrating.

Not a bug report, but more so a feature suggestion for extra keybinds. In case this isn't the right place for a feature suggestion, please excuse me, since search results only yielded the Firefox suggestions thingy. Some browsers like Opera have a keyboard shortcut assigned to selecting the website URL through Cmd+E. This is pretty convenient for those who access most of the browser controls using a keyboard rather than a mouse or touchpad. At the moment you can use "Focus the Search Bar" by Cmd+K and Esc twice to have the URL selected but it's not really ideal. Thanks for the continued support and making Firefox a great browser to use.

I always run a high contrast setting in Windows 10. Since about a year ago, themes no longer work in Firefox when Windows has a high contrast setting enabled. The website contrast override colors settings in the accessibility settings of Firefox do nothing to change the menu bar at the top of the window. Is this a known issue? Will my browser be ugly forever?

whenever i try to scroll local newspaper of even NY times firefox freezes and i have to reload the page. also on Schwab.com i can not use the pop up quick buy/sell feature as it freezes the page and i can not reload the page of close the page, i have to kill firefox. taht along with the problem of firefox displaying "server unreachable" when MS Edge works just fine. these problems have made firefox unusable to me. I went to about.config and set accessibility.blockautorefresh to true and tipranks.com is still Auto refreshing. It's aggravating.

I don't know why Firefox did not start today. I am not tech savvy so I would like a real person to help me restore firefox. Been trying to do it for hours and need to do some computer work. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Sir, I am a court staff. I am using DCMS portal everyday for my office use. unfortunately I cannot login in DCMS portal via my this PC since yesterday night I can login DCMS portal through my phone using same user id and password. .Please solve this issue at the earliest.

I am 67, and have memory issues. I am not good at technology. I have all my apps on this computer. I have changed emails over the years, and passwords, but never had to worry since APPLE takes care of that for me.

Ever since you updated FireFox, everytime I shut down for the night, you sign me out of all my accounts, some I have not gotten back yet because of email changes and passwords. I am pissed and I want to know how do I STOP This. Please tell me FAST. I am not sure I can do this much longer and I may have to get rid of Firefox if this can not be done. I paid for an annual subscription of Mozilla's VPN on 9/8/26. However, when I try to run the VPN, it is telling me I have to wait for the monthly trial (which I had previously to reset). My invoice is 98Z6LFXQ-0001. Also, when I printed a receipt of my purchase, I noticed my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 11224 (not 11229). I saw that it could possibly take up to four days for my purchase to be reflected, but I wanted to get ahead of this potential problem ASAP. Thank you!
