Hello, https://www.so.energy/myaccount/usage shows a vertical bar chart representing electricity usage over time. If I hover the mouse pointer over one of the bars in the Edge browser I see a pop up that gives details of the electricity use represented by the bar. If I do the same in Firefox the bar changes colour to indicate it has been selected but there is no pop up. Is there likely to be a Firefox setting that is preventing the pop ups from showing? Alan.

My version 151.0.2 (64-bit) must support built-in VPN but the VPN setup prompt is not found in the top-right corner of Firefox toolbar nor the VPN icon is found in the toolbar. How can I test built-in VPN?

I have now been prompted 10 times today to make firefox by default browser - it has been my default browser for years. Each time I go to windows settings to check - it does not show me that firefox is the default. I select default for firefox but still is doesn't follow the command. I did manage to get it to accept the default command ONCE today but when I rebooted the laptop it went back to prompting me to make it the default all over again - must be 10 times now. This is infuriating. Could this issue be due to a VPN I have (NORD)? Having said that, I have tried 8 times to set the default while NOT connected to the VPN. What can I do?

Hello, Im using localized (Lithuanian) version of Firefox. Several updates back, Firefox started including russian and Polish in preferred languages by default. Personally i know how to remove those for myself. However, since im managing around 300 computers in a school. This starts to become an issue. In Lithuania we only have one official language. And when pages in a school start opening in foreign (russian) language this starts to be quite annoying. I would love to keep using Firefox but i need help.

I have no idea what happened!!!🤬 YouTube is normal on Internet Explorer(or WHATEVER it's called now!) But ALL OF A SUDDEN YESTERDAY I have to scroll all over the place on the page to find what I'm looking for in videos!! The whole organization on the page is totally screwy!!!!!🤬 WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED???????? I DON"T WANT TO USE MICROSOFT'S BROWSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cut and paste not working on one box on ebay listing page!

ebay sell an item. opened page appears with boxes of which one is called description. This week, the cut and paste will no longer work on that box. It works on every other box on that page! Ebay say its not them.

Running Firefox (currently 151.0.2) on Windows 11. I normally have the Firefox window full height of the screen but not full width horizontally. If the PC goes into screen save, when I bring it out of screen save, the bottom of the Firefox window has moved up by what looks like a couple of dozen pixels. The top of the window has not moved, it's just that the vertical height of the window is less than before screen save cut in. If I let the PC go into screen save again, when it comes out of screen save the window has shrunk by a further vertical amount that looks about the same as the first time. And so on...

No other app that I run on the PC has the same problem with screen save, they all retain their size if screen save cuts in. It's easy enough to get the FF window back to full height by moving the mouse to the top of the window until the mouse pointer changes to a double-headed arrow, and then dragging the top of the title bar down slightly and then back to the top, but it's annoying to have to do this several times a day.

Any suggestions on a fix?

I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum. I would like substantial instructions on how to get the refund.

My chosen language is English, with French second and US English third. I want to set French as my translation language but when I select 'Translation Settings' I am presented with a menu that only allows Removal of languages. How do I Add a language ? In this case French.
