What is the cause and remediation of my constant Firefox notification about the geolocation database being updated?

I just want to know WHERE the notifications land? I have a very old macbook pro (mid 2010) so I have a sneaking suspicion firefox is trying to tell me something about not being supported, yadayadayada, BUT where are the notifications? The OS am currently using is High Sierra 10.13.6 CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE? Sorry to be such a klutz but these banners appear every day and I can't seem to access whatever it is that firefox is trying to communicate. Thanks all!

Firefox has started giving me suggestions via pop ups. Please would someone tell me how to turn off Firefox suggestions?

This is a pet hate of mine. MS suggests games for me to play, and Google suggests that I sign in with a Google account. Now Firefox is suggesting things. Noooo!

I found it at the bottom of three lines> settings. Uncheck: Recommend extensions as you browse Learn more Recommend features as you browse Learn more

This may be a new feature. There are no Google hits for the suggestion wording "keep your email in your taskbar" so I take the liberty of posting this here.

I have screen in Windows increased for low vision. Trying to print form my email account but I get pop up telling me how to highlight a pdf document in firefox. This pop up is not eliminated by blocking pop-ups in Firefox. I cant print. If you cant solve this I will use another browser.

Hi, so my problem is I need to keep using the keyboard for surfing the net on my Windows PC, because of pain issues with using the mouse too often. The most difficult part is that Firefox comes with a lot of these top-most balloons with feature suggestions like "did you know you can use an AI bar now..." etc.

Btw, I don't mean any popups from websites. Mozilla just shows the feature info balloons (or tool tips?) when you are on a website, but it's never the website that bothers me.

There is no way to hide these mozilla popups using the keyboard except opening a new tab with Ctrl+T.

So... is there anything to get rid off all feature-news or mozilla-suggesions etc?

Old lenovo laptop put a small dot by firefox symbol when an update was available. New lenovo isn't. Need it to keep running smoothly. Cannot find where to add that in. Could you please direct me? Thanks, Susan B Parvey

Hello,

I disabled the AI summarizer almost immediately after seeing it because:

1. It was not able to summarize the page
2. It blocked the information I actually needed to see on the page

However, shortly after disabling it I got a pop-up ad advertising the feature! (attached)

Please advise how to turn off all website pass key notifications and/or 'invitations' to set-up pass keys for website accounts. Thank you for your time and assistance.

The TwitchTV website continues to launch the browser and open its prompt to log on. I don't know why this started, I uninstalled the app, and I can't find anything in settings to stop this. Thanks for any help you can give.
