How do I get a copy of FireFox v23?
The v26 of FireFox does not work with the US Gov. website, HealthCare.GOV. According to that website compatibility matrix, only FireFox 23 has been vetted with that website. How do I get a copy of the FireFox v23 for Windows7?

You would be better off either using the User Agent Switcher extension to try a fool this one site or to use the portable Firefox 23.0.1 just for this site.
You should not switch to 23.0.1 due to known potential vulnerabilities that is fixed in newer versions.
